Okay, so about a month ago Larry King has Al Gore on, and it comes up about how 'the news' is covering Paris Hilton and celebrities instead of more important things. Larry King agrees with him and they kind of drop the subject.
So tonight, Michael Moore is on The Daily Show saying he's mad because Larry King has Paris Hilton on and they bumped him off?! This is total bullcrap. I don't know if Larry King gets to choose who is on his program, but if he is, wow...

Al Gore was on Larry King about an hour ago because of his new Bush bashing book (The Assault on Reason). That's going on the reading list.
Over and over throughout the hour he keeps getting asked "Will you run for president?" The first few times he rambles and tries to change the subject, but eventually ends with the definitive "No." The problem is, his whole new campaign is how we can change the government to do better, and then fight the evil climate crisis. But he doesn't want to be the one to make it better. Then why waste your time telling people what they should do, if you have the best chance to do it? No major candidate for the presidency is going to come out and say "I will do what Al Gore thinks I should do."
The most surprising point of the show was his insight into how the Constitution supports the idea of separation between church and state. He says because the founding fathers took away the divine right of the king, they said that God played no part in the election and position of the president. So he is saying what is taught in schools as a principle of government (federalism), is actually a vendetta against God in the government?
I can't say I like Larry King way to much...
